Pedal Forward with Covey!
For many people, learning how to ride a bike is a major developmental goal. It’s important for youth and adults to be able to see friends or go to work and have independent transportation. It’s also a great way to spend time as a family, even when family members have differing abilities.
Covey partners with iCan Shine to teach people with disabilities to ride a conventional two-wheel bicycle. It’s exciting to see our participants riding a bicycle independently by the end of camp!
iCan Shine Bike Camp is a 5-day camp that includes one 75-minute session per day.
June 11-16, 2017
